Scorpion DV, also known as Vincent, was born and raised in the rough streets of New York City. Growing up, he was always the outcast, the kid who was different from everyone else. He was bullied relentlessly, and his parents were never around to help him. As he got older, he became more and more isolated, until one day he stumbled upon a group of supervillains who took him under their wing. They taught him how to use his natural abilities to fight and manipulate people.
